 Tealee is an online store based in Ottawa, Canada.

Does Tealee ship internationally?

Orders can be mailed anywhere within Canada and the US.

What are the different shipping options?

 Tealee offers 2 shipping options:

- Free Shipping! – All orders over $125 in Canada and the United States are now eligible for free shipping. 

Standard Shipping:

  Canada

    - In Ontario and Quebec – Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $12+tax for orders under $125 in Ontario and Quebec,

    - Outside of Ontario and Quebec – Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $16+tax for orders under $125 outside of Ontario and Quebec.

  United States

    - Standard shipping is a flat rate of $16+tax for orders under $75 in the US.

What are the different payment options?

- Visa/Mastercard/American Express – We accept all major credit cards through Shopify Payments, a secure and trustworthy payment gateway.

- E-Mail Transfer – After you've placed your online order and in order to finalize your order, please send the total order amount to info@tealee.ca. The amount will be automatically deposited and a password shouldn't be required.
